We work exclusively on the basis of the General German Freight Conditions (Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen) - in its most current version. We would like to point out the limitations of liability, which deviate from the law, in Sections 23 and 24 of the ADSp that cover up to a maximum of 5000.- EUR. We can gladly offer a higher liability coverage on preferential terms through our insurers. Furthermore, the passage conditions of the IATA in their full form are applicable pursuant to the Warsaw Convention, ff. upon request we will gladly send you the full text of the ADSp.

These are based on the tariff conditions of our partners and service providers.
