Outbound
Outbound is the branch of the logistics chain on which goods are transported from the producer to the consumer.
Alternatively, instead of outbound logistics, you can also speak about sales or distribution logistics. The division can be divided into three divisions:
First the distribution channels or the sales system, i.e. the way in which a product is offered to the customer. Then the acquisitive distribution, which includes the sales organs for customer acquisition, and finally the logistical distribution, which describes how the goods arrive punctually at the point of sale or even at the end customer. This includes the delivery of the goods as well as the most cost-efficient transport of the goods.
